B2 Beverage Holdings, Inc. Engages Capital Services Group for Strategic Financial Advisory Services • Announces Plans for Direct Public Offering
SAN DIEGO, Calif. – December 1, 2015 – B2 Beverage Holdings, Inc., a business focused on the development of cream-based “malternative” adult beverages (“B2 Beverage” or the “Company”) today announced that it has engaged Capital Services Group to provide strategic financial advisory services including investment packaging and integration of its Rule 506c Plug-In into its corporate website under a direct public offering of its shares.
The offering will be made available to the general public, its customers and other interested parties, under direct solicitation rules outlined in the new Rule 506(c), which eliminates the prohibition against general solicitation and advertising in connection with offerings under Rules 506 and 144A under the Securities Act of 1933.

The Kalima Hawaiian Hard Creamers were selected as finalists for the CSP Retailer Choice Best New Products, and won Best New Product at the 11th Annual Convenience Store News awards.
